Storage issue impacting a limited number of Stitch workflows in Azure

This morning, beginning at about 7:30AM PDT, a table storage issue was discovered that caused a limited number of Stitch workflows to fail on the Azure platform. The impacted tables were restored by our Platform Engineering team and those workflows were restarted successfully.
