Partial outage impacting some in-app features on AWS

Between 9:50 AM PST and 10:40 AM PST, some internal Amperity services were unavailable, and as a result some application features were unavailable on our AWS platform. The outage impacted workflow management, data source configuration, in-app notifications, and orchestrations, as well as the ability to save some kinds of related configuration.

Our Platform Engineering team responded promptly to the incident, and service has been restored. They are currently evaluating root cause, and will take further actions to ensure that the issue doesn't reoccur. All impacted workflows have been restarted successfully.
